Our setup is superior to the traditional trunk recording system as you can configure "on-demand" recording. This means that specific calls can be recorded from any extension by simply entering a pre-defined code before the actual telephone number. Also you can configure the system to record calls by incoming/outgoing telephone numbers or by extensions.
Playing back recorded calls or conversations is easy. They can be either listened directly on a handset or downloaded to the user's PC through a simple web-based application.
